- Self-focus: speak from “I,” not advice for everybody else.
- No fixing: witness first; rescue nobody.
- Respect the time: concise, honest, and kind.

Live for 14 days.
Practice the commitment in real life, including inconvenient days.
Bring back evidence.
What happened? What got in the way? What helped? No moral verdict required.
Adjust and return.
Use the data to make the next commitment more honest, specific, and sustainable.
